At FAMA, we believe that our service package sets us apart from our competitors. We pride ourselves on the level of care and detail that goes into each kitchen, wardrobe or space we design.

GETTING STARTED

A FAMA designer will give you a personal tour of our services and the many FAMA product possibilities. The designer will assist you in finding the right kitchen, wardrobe or external window system and finishes to suit your home as well as your personal aesthetic.

DESIGN AND LAYOUT

Once you are familiar with the FAMA’s products styles and have an idea of what will work best for your project, our designer will work with you to create a customized kitchen/wardrobe that will reflect and compliment your design characteristics as well as your lifestyle needs. If you do not already have drawings of your space, our team will provide a site visit to measure for our own drawings. You will be provided with views of a 3D model of your propose design.

QUOTE PACKAGE PRESENTATION

Once the proposed design will approved by the customer, FAMA will provide you with a quote for your project. This quote will include pricing for appliances, counter tops, accessories, shutters, cabinetry, delivery and installation. Please note that any changes, further additions, deletions or alterations may alter the initial estimate.

All services provided up to the presentation of your quote package are complimentary. Once you have reviewed the drawings and quote and you decide to move forward with FAMA as your product designer, we will then require a retainer that will be deducted from the final contract.

ACTION GUIDE

After your preliminary quote package is reviewed, FAMA designer will work with you to finalize the product design. This will include a site visit to verify key dimensions, assistance with appliance specification and recommendation of accessories based on how you want your kitchen, wardrobe or windows. FAMA has a team of highly trained and experienced people, who help you to assist to make the right appliance and accessory selection.

Once the design is finalized and your order is placed, you will be provided with a FAMA Action Guide. In this Action Guide, you will find:

  • A set of plans showing the location of cabinetry, appliances, outlets, accessories, and lighting.
  • EPT that is Electric, Plumbing and Tiling.
  • An appliance list showing each appliance selected for your project and its specifications.
  • Finalization of accessories like shutters finish, handles, hardware, etc.
  • All 3D views of your project.

BETWEEN ORDER AND DELIVERY

We will stay at your full disposal for any questions you may come across while waiting for your kitchen, wardrobe or windows to arrive. We will inform you regarding any updates on delivery times and work with you and the architecture to coordinate install. It is FAMA’s goal to serve you the best experience in product design from the first to final course.

MANUFACTURING AND DISPATCHING

After approval of EPT & 3D design from the customer, FAMA will start the work on manufacturing the product. This process may take 15-30 Days. Once the manufacturing will be done, we will dispatch the product for installation.

INSTALLATION

The final and possibly the most important ingredient to a successful product is the installation. FAMA uses full-time installers with years of experience installing designer kitchens & wardrobes.
